VIP Free Shipping:
The Free shipping to Italy for all orders above 150€. For smaller orders or international shipments, you can choose the courier and view the costs during checkout.
Order Management: We take up to 5 working days to prepare your parcel.
Delivery (Italy): Once entrusted to the courier, delivery takes 2-4 working days. In case of free shipping (Italy only), the courier will be selected by our staff
Delivery (Overseas): Times vary depending on the destination and the courier selected.
Safe Packaging: Each order is packed with the utmost care to protect the integrity of your garments, ensuring that they arrive in impeccable condition directly to your home.
EASY RETURN POLICY
Time frame: 14 days from receipt to request return.
Procedure: Contact us via WhatsApp or E-mail with the order number.
Italy: We will agree together on a home pick-up or, if you prefer, indicate the collection point nearest to you. We will send you the prepaid label.
Europe (EU): Traceable shipping paid by the customer to our warehouse in Milan.
Costs:
Italy: Fixed contribution of 6€ (including label and collection point) deducted from the final reimbursement.
Europe (EU): No extra handling fees; the customer only bears the cost of the chosen courier.
Mandatory Condition: The Seal of Guarantee must be intact. If removed or tampered with, the return will not be accepted.
